Following the upgrade of the PROFITS® r.9 Core Banking System of Pancreta Bank at the end of 2022, Netcompany-Intrasoft, as a strategic partner of Pancreta, successfully completed the migration of all HSBC Greece clients and their banking products & services to PROFITS® r.9 of Pancreta Bank on July 31, 2023.
Netcompany-Intrasoft leveraging its extensive experience in Banking migration projects with the PROFITS® Core Banking Platform and through the use of modern advanced banking functionality available in the PROFITS® platform, successfully implemented the migration of HSBC customers and portfolios, in collaboration with the Pancreta’s project teams.
Simultaneously, Netcompany-Intrasoft, enhanced the functionality of the PROFITS® Treasury and Trade Finance components to accommodate the increased business requirements of Pancreta Bank.
Furthermore, through the comprehensive OMNI-channel, available on PROFITS® r.9, Pancreta Bank now offers its new sophisticated digital channels with 24/7 service to its more than 300.000 customers.
Pancreta Bank, formulating a new banking organization, has been operating smoothly since day one and through PROFITS® r.9 is providing a high level of advisory banking and a personalized service to its entire clientele and network of over 60 branches throughout Greece.
The successful execution of this demanding and complex migration project, marks a significant milestone for both Pancreta Bank and Netcompany-Intrasoft, strengthening the already important cooperation between the two organizations and establishing a solid foundation for the further transformation and growth of Pancreta Bank.
