Luxembourg, 16 October 2017 - INTRASOFT International, a global ICT company and Platinum level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), is currently implementing a new revenue collection system for the Danish Ministry of Taxation, in partnership with Danish integrator Netcompany.
The contract is part of a 5-year transformation program designed to replace the Ministry’s current collection system by introducing a new centralized collections system for all public debt, based on Oracle’s Public Sector Revenue Management System (PSRM). The objectives of the project include establishment of a common set of rules and practice across all lines of debt, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of debt collection, streamlining the overall administration of debt and elimination of duplication of work. The aim is to deliver an integrated system that is both capable of addressing current challenges as well as being adaptable to evolving needs in the future.
For purposes of improving project control, the contract has been divided into a number of releases with the first release already delivered and accepted in June 2017.
Mr. Alexandros Manos, Managing Director of INTRASOFT International commented: “We are very pleased with our collaboration with the Danish Ministry of Taxation. The selection of INTRASOFT confirms our strategy to become the global leader in the development and implementation of Revenue and Collection systems, by providing a best-of-breed business solution combining Oracle’s PSRM with our own internationally acclaimed products like the INTRASOFT Compliance and Enforcement Solution into a single, integrated and functionally rich product leveraging the best available technologies. Our recent success stories in Australia, Qatar, Kuwait, Mozambique, Denmark and North Carolina State in this domain, further underline the success of this strategy and our commitment to provide solutions that meet the needs of a modern Revenue Authority. We are confident that the products and services that we provide will exceed our clients’ high standards and hope that this will be the start of a long and fruitful relationship in this area”.
