Luxembourg, October 6, 2020 - INTRASOFT International, the global ICT company, proudly announces the award of a new contract (project UCMS18), covering the provision of support and operations services for the European Parliament’s Unified Communication infrastructure. 

Over the course of the next 6 years, INTRASOFT International with its consortium partners will provide expertise on the European Parliament’s Unified Communication infrastructure to cover several domains: 

  • IP telephony supply, operations and infrastructure management 
  • Videoconference Services & Facilities (support, operations and management) 
  • TV over IP Services & Facilities (support, central operations and management) 
  • Unified Communication management systems operations (Kurmi, Reference DB, etc.) 

 

The services will be provided in Strasbourg, Brussels and Luxembourg. Capitalizing on its experience, the consortium can guarantee a fast, adequate, and qualitative feedback to all submitted and ad-hoc needs of the project, along with problem management and continuous service improvement.
